Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

• We ship from either Kingston, ON or Revelstoke, BC
• Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation
• If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at pointeapparel20@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
